The apearance of the property is beautiful, BUT it has many many flaws the floors are seperating, and wall are cracking in many apts, the heat doesnt work properly if your apt is at the end of the duct, when the Billzarrd came people on the 5th floor ceilings leaked and the Super Chris said it was because Snow got into the vent???.. The people never sleep in the build...you got kids running in the halls, adults jumping out of windows, the floors and walls are so thin you can hear your nieghbor snore, the laundry rooms are nasty and there are never any charts in the room because the people take them to there apts. You can try to complain to the super but he's just going to tell you he's not security...and the Manger is going to ask you what do you want her to do about it...the structure of the building is a mess and the super barely keep it clean.. and I havent had any repairs done in my apt since I've been here and I've put in serveral work orders... Overall moving into this property was a Big Disappointment!!!!! It's one step from becoming the PROJECTS!!! ...read more
