This bank screwed up so many ways it is insane. Anything at all that they had to do - they messed up. They couldnt even get a change of address correct! They would update the account address but not the debit card associated with that same account! And I moved 3 times in 10 years and each and every time I had to yell to get them to update my debit card address - AFTER I had filled out and submitted their officials forms and was told that was "alll I needed to do." When I needed a wire transfer, they majorly screwed that up. It took a week and 4 tries for them to get it done - and I was not involved at all - yet each time it didnt "go through" they blamed me! At the end of this whole wire transfer - they "gracefully accepted the wire, even though it was done incorrectly" and told me to make sure "next time, I had put the correct bla bla in section 3." This review should have been written years ago. Paragon loaned me the money to buy my wife's engagement ring. They loaned me money to buy a bigger car when we had our first child. They've reverse a fee that resulted from a merchant changing my automatic billing date without telling me, and they've reversed a fee or two that were the result of my own mistakes. They have helped me change an automatic payment date the day before it was due without a single word about waiting till the last minute. When I call, OPTION 1 gets me to an agent, so I don't have to listen to a message all the way through if I don't want to. They always answer the phone, even if I call right at 8am when they open. And the people I talk to are always very friendly, helpful, and want to help me rather than get me off the phone.
