I called this Rite Aid in Monroe Township, NJ, and was gvien very poor customer service. I am a repeat customer to this store, and shop there maybe four times a month. I spend anywhere from $30 to $100 during each visit. I called with a general merchandise question. I wanted to know whether the baby food carrots or pears was in stock, before I drove out one night. I have a newborn, who is just getting over a cold, and did not want to travel there if these items were not available. So, I called ahead of time to check the availability of these items on their shelves, only to be given a very rude "No, I can not!" by the employee (older man). The grocery store is farther than what I desired to travel, given it is very cold outside, and I didn't want to travel out too far at night with the baby. I am very unsatisfied with the service I was given, and will be taking my shopping to the CVS across the street from this Rite Aid from now on!!!!!!!! They just lost a very loyal customer, due to this awful inconvenience! It's very ridiculous how I was treated! ...read more
