not good results in fact got a reply from my mortgage company Bank of America saying they were not going to help and I need to pay regular pymt of 2452 a month or they will forclose. tried to contact american guardian but every number I try has been disconnected, not in service and no additional info avalible to contact them. of course they got $1600 of my money and I believe they did try but then gave up like so many of us homeowners have that have tried working with our mortgage companies and have gotten nowhere ...read more

dont give money up front they take it ! i had to take over paperwork they signed my signature without my permission they didnt do anything for me but hurt me.I kept getting letters stating insucffient paperwork.,is why i had to take over.they also caused me to lose a house due to there failure to make sure that my house was eligible for a modification.They dont give money or even partial back due to there failure. ...read more
