I took my laptop to them for virus removal, they took 3 weeks to do the job, they did not even called me to keep me informed.. I had to keep calling to know about my computer, they all were rude, the price was TOO HIGH..... and PLUS when I got to my house and turn it on, I was having the same pop ups that said that I was infected. ...read more

all i have to say that the people who work on my computer and fixed the problem were awesome. they were polite, informative, and on point. they told me up front more or less what was wrong with the computer and how they would fixed it and the time frame it would be done. i am pleased with the outcome. ...read more
