I was working with Len Patton and his manager on a used car purchase. They did not come down on price a nickel and after some back and forth, Len told me that he wasn't going to "waste any more time with me". He and his manager were incredibly rude, especially for a dealership where I was the only customer. I recently had a great experience at Burns Honda in Marlton.
