I usually read online reviews about stores and services before I buy and read a lot of negative reviews about Ashley`s but we decided to go to the Ledgewood NJ store anyway. We were greeted by a salesman who later told us he was the owner of this and another Ashley`s store. He was the best salesman for furniture I`ve ever had. He then turned us onto another salesman who was good too. The whole buying experience was a pleasant one. We felt we got a good price and it seemed that the furniture, while not the ultimate best in quality , was good for the price. It arrived the time they said it would. The delivery people were great! That night, I noticed a crack in the molding on our new coffee table (we bought 2 couches and a recliner too). We called Ashley`s that night and a tech called us back the day after. He just left after repairing the crack...it was a minor one in the joint where the moulding attached to the table. Did a good job with it. I would buy from Ashley`s again! ...read more
