The "New" Lincoln Service Department (with the same Manager) gave the impression that Straub does NOT care about a customer who bought two (2) Lincoln Town Cars from Straub. I stopped by to get a quotation to repair the speed control for the Heat/Ac (goes from no fan to full blast) and was told to go to Toms Ford, unless I would pay a $98 Dollar "Diagnostic Fee". ThisCertainly is not the type of Service I expected and may cause me to find a new Lincoln Dealer. Reagards Gunter G.
