Worst service ever!! Will NEVER bring any vehicle to that landfill again. First of their customer service is awful. They don't even greet or acknowledge you when you are standing in front of them. After waiting for about 5 minutes to be helped they finally decide to acknowledge their customers with an attitude as if they are garbage. Not only does the hi-lo driver damage the trailers & tow trucks that he unloads...but he does it with out a care in the world. After pulling off two railings, damaging a tire on the trailer ( in another case ), & damaging the bed of the tow truck does this guy so arrogantly say that he's not responsible but also says in an uncaring manner to unload the vehicle myself next time ( mind you...they provide this service themselves....the same hi-lo driver is waiting to unload every tow truck that comes through...that's his job detail....it's not like I asked him to unload the vehicle for me ) .
