Well they had come to clean my apt once after speaking to Colleen & told her the horrors of my last cleaning service & she said I would be SO HAPPY with thier service & that there was no need to go anywhere else or worry anymore. After the first time they came it was like they never even came so the owner Colleen gave me 2 free cleanings since she guarentees her work. They came 2 weeks later & it took rescheduling TWICE for them to come AND I left them a tip. Then when it came time for my 2nd cleaning it was scheduled for a Tues, they never came. Then Wed & Thurs never came. Then Fri came & she was supposed to come by 2, never showed up. I called & spoke to Colleen & explained to her I was having a party at my apt & needed it to be cleaned so she promised she would come by 6-NEVER SHOWED. NEVER CALLED. I dropped off 2 pairs of pants and 3 dress shirts to be dry cleaned and delivered to my apartment. They lost my dry cleaning and refused to do anything about it. When I called them to inquire about the lost clothing, the man became agitated and very defensive, and refused to do anything about it - he refused to even contact buildings in the area to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong apartment. My first time was my last one as well. Brought a new single piece of clothes to test them out. They were not able to clean it well and ruined the fabric in trying to do so. When i brought it to their attention they: - accused me to have plan to make money off of them by bring the piece of clothing already ruined (it was new and used only once) - pretended in front of me that it was not ruined - told me to leave and not to go back anymore - threatened me to call the police.
