Tonight I called Carmine's in the hopes of getting a slice of my favorite pizza despite it being a few minutes before closing. I walk in as I painfully watched seven teenagers leave as I walked in....my heart literally felt like it would stop...I really wanted a slice. Boy was I wrong!!! I FINALLY got my much anticipated yummy slice of pizza. My son said, "Wow Mom I missed their pizza its soooo good" as I thought these very words. \t\n\t\nI moved here from NY 3 years ago and thought for sure I would miss the fantastic pizza.....boy was I wrong. Carmines supersedes what I once thought was great pizza while living in New York. \t\n\t\nI have missed them over the last couple of weeks...during their transition to their new location. WOW!!! I have to say despite being a little saddened that they were gone from the corner. I am so happy for them the new place is so welcoming and pretty. I am a regular even when I was dieting Carnine's is where I cheated (shhh) :) I cannot wait to visit again soon!\t\n\t\nTonight I had the pleasure of not only seeing their GORGEOUS new location but having a slice of their amazing pizza and I even got a bonus. My little guy and I met the owner yes after 3 years I was finally able to meet the fantastic man behind the awesome pizza thank you Carmine for your hospitality!!!\t\n\t\nWhen I have my family over from NY we always fit Carmines into our day...and you should too! \t\n\t\nIf your looking for amazing pizza their sauce is delicious....hmmm come to think of it their tortellini alfredo, zeppoli's', burgers....I could probably go on forever (cheeks rosy.) Carmine's is part of my families weekly meal plan and their new location is superb and is a MUST see!!
