If I could give this company a 0 star review I would! Our experience with them has been nothing short of criminal! Their sales team is a group of liars and hacks and regularly screw companies once they get a signed contract. I have been paying $1000/month for a two printers that both haven't worked since the day they were installed, and the management, which I have contacted all the way up to the President of Kinica Minolta are absolutely unresponsive and would rather collect money from a completely dissatisfied customer than try to fix the problem that their company created! A bit of advice... call Xerox and they will help you! I have never had a problem with any of their equipment and they are the most customer focused organization I have ever worked with!
