Robert Kohrs went above and beyond helping me with my first home. He was very knowledgeable about Coops which made my purchase much easier. I couldn't have been happier with Rob Kohrs. He is honest, experienced, and has an amazing follow-through. I love that Rob worked with a professional photographer to get shots of our condo for the listing. His system (email/text) for notifying you of requested showings allows home sellers to respond back easily to conifrm... it is so forward-thinking, and it made the whole process easier. Ultimately, Rob's follow-through on all ends of the deal is really what compels me to recommend him to friends. There's just not enough realtors like him out there. ...read more
