I ordered a Halloween costume for my 2-year old from Bigflysports through Amazon.com. I never received any emails from them whatsoever. No shipping info...nothing. Finally got an email from Amazon themselves saying pretty much 'hey, we noticed you never got anything from these guys, you can email them by replying directly to this email we're sending you.' So I did. The next day - THE NEXT DAY I SAY - I got an email saying the item was out of stock and that they were sorry about that. Offered me an extra ten bucks toward something else in their store if I wanted it. What I WANTED was the costume that my two-year old was told he was getting. And now, it's the day before the last business day before Halloween. That means, if I want this costume from somewhere else, I have to pay overnight shipping charges. Which is what I had to do.
