I was in the market for a truck and Trade Zone Auto Sales had what I was looking for. They had a very detailed on-line ad with 30 photos and a 50minute walk around video which included a test drive. Jeff Basile, their “on-line salesman” did the listing and made a point of describing any little issue which I thought was positive. Things such as slight scratches, a little dirt on the bedliner, a drink tray that had come loose from the track were the biggest things that were pointed out. In several conversations over the phone, Jeff again confirmed that the truck was perfect, had no “Check Engine” light on, and would make it across the country with no issues. Bought an Audi with a 90 day Wynn's Driverz Edge warranty. Filippos and Stephen apparently only paid for the warranty 3 weeks after I bought the car, which is the time I opened a claim, that was denied because of the late payment. Now I'm stuck with a $3000.00 bill, and no contact from either of the two salesmen. They will not answer any of my emails, calls, or messages. Filippos did say he would look into the matter, but I can't reach him after many calls. Philip,"Filippos",Stephen where are you, call me or email me, and let's get this issue settled. It's been over 2 months and I still can't drive my car.I will keep looking for a settlement using any avenue I can find as long as this issue remains unresolved.
