First, I used to used them for leaf clean up and they did perform well. But I had a back flow preventer valve installed fall of 2012 amen they also supposedly winterized the irrigation. Well top of valve was leaking and I called Matt. First he tried to out blame on me asking who I used to winterize it and I said his company did. Then he hinted because I didn't turn system on it was my fault. He the told me to unscrew cap and check for debris. I did and found a pool of water at top of valve and no debris. I emailed him a photo. I asked if I should call plumber or have him come out. He to.d me to remove the brass crown. Um, hello, I'm just a housewife. So I told him I had no idea if I even had right tools or strength to do it. Again asked if I should have him come out and he just replied K. So he finally says he will come look for $99. I decided to use my plumber womb trust. He told me system was either broken when installed or not winterized. He had to replace the back flow valve. I emailed Matt and he was in denial and then through later emails threatened to call the township on me. Okay...hello can you say denial issues.
