I called this place because they took over the other plumber's business I used (he retired) and the well pump stopped working. I made it clear that it could have been an electrical problem and not a plumbing problem and they said that's fine, they'd take a look. He sent his son who spent an hour misdiagnosing the situation and telling me we probably needed a new well pump. The father then showed up and they argued about how to test for the problem and spent another hour figuring out that it was indeed an electrical issue. I guess I should feel lucky that they didn't tell me I needed a new well pump but $650 for not even fixing the problem is extremely excessive.
