My husband and I want to thank Robert and his company Absolutely Spotless as we are very pleased with their service. Robert and his workers were very pleasant and acted very professional. They responded to our call immediately and remediated the mold problem quickly and completely. Since then the mold has not returned! We had a very difficult situation with out tenant and we are thankful how they were able to put everyone at ease throughout the whole process. Robert and his staff are true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. We have had some bad experiences with other contractors in the past but Absolutely Spotless did everything Robert promised and delivered! We will definitely recommend Absolutely Spotless to everyone we know. ...read more

Bailey's Square Janitorial Service

Incredibly dis-satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship done to my home by Bailey's Square. I am not one to ever complain or write negative reviews, but it boggles my mind how this company remains in business. Bailey's Square was contracted by my home builder to complete a number of items at my home. After 6 months, the wood floors began to crack beyond seasonable due to heat and cold movement in many parts of my home. They came to inspect the work then began working on issues with the walls in March of 2014, since the first day when Jim the contractor has been here, I have not seen or heard from this company and they have not been back. I have called left messages, spoke to Jackie, and been told "Im next on the list", "will give you a call back in an Hour" or "call you tomorrow to set it up" and have never heard from them . If I was in search of a contractor I would look elsewhere. We have numbers issue with our house that remain outstanding. I am sure they have the ability to do nice work, but they obviously do not stand behind their work or care enough about things that are not 100% with people they have done work to or for. BUYER BEWARE, LOOK ELSEWHERE if you want to deal with a professional group. It is incredibly sad I have to write this review here, but I would hate to see the same nonsense happen to another person or family. Jason Jani ...read more

SERVPRO

We hired this company based on our environmental consultant after mold was found in the basement. Although the job was eventually completed satisfactorily, the way that they handled things would make me reluctant to recommend them to anyone else and the environmental consultant has stated that he will not be recommending the company any more.Specifically, what happened was that ServPro came into clean up mold. It took over a week to schedule the start date, but that wasn't terrible. They then did their clean up and failed the mold test. After 10 days, they came back in to re-clean - obviously not a top priority. Failed the mold test again. At least this time it only took them a couple of days. Third time was the charm - finally passed. They knew we were trying to get the house on the market and they a) cost us a month's worth of expenses (inc a $400 electric bill) and b) cost us a potential buyer. We asked them to negotiate our bill and got a nasty response. ...read more
