People are very helpful and patient. I went in with my 11 year old on his birthday to spend his money. They were very nice and knowledgable about it. The were patient while he asked to see coin after coin and they weren't annoyed at all. I don't know why this place gets a lot of bad reviews but I have never had a bad experience there. They do not except stolen items!! You have to show ID whenever selling them something and their prices are more then fair and comparable to every other ace of that nature. They know what they are talking about and they are patient and will always get my business.
