The holiday season is upon us and that signals new resolutions for the New Year. Each Year some of us that file an extension and file our tax return on the last possible day, promise ourselves that we will be better next year. Filing your return on time should not be a hard resolution to keep, all you need is a little organization and a different mind set. Just setting a few folders out before all the tax documents start to fill up your mailbox is an easy solution to losing tax documents. And when in doubt of whether that documet is tax related, just bring it to the accountant anyway. Finally, those of you who get a refund year tax after year and wait until the very last deadline to file the return, have been giving the goverment ( IRS ) an interest free loan on that money.
