I needed to help my aunt find an apartment quickly. She was overwhelmed by the mass amounts of listings on Craig's list and other advertising sites which were full of hidden agencies. We looked into getting a broker to help, but they all seemed to charge a full month's rent which was not feasible with the move. \t\n\t\nHome Hunters has a different pricing structure with a one time fixed fee of $195. They sifted through all of the clutter on the web to give us what we needed - direct numbers to landlords for only the apartments we were interested in. We were were able to set up times to see the places and found one within a week.
