So far I would have to say it's off to a "Roaring Slow" from my perspective! At least compared to a decent pace of business activity in the fall and early winter. However, things are picking up. In the consulting world, our business usually lags the economy in an upturn. So given the number of inquiries I've had, I am thinking it's picking up. If you are having a slow start, maybe it's time to reinvigorate your portfolio of services and products. Nothing attract new business and new customers like new offerings. Of course one rule to keep in mind is that you need to know what your customers want and need before offering something new. And don't forget to try it out with some trusted customers first, before going public with it! How's your 2011 going so far? I hope all the white stuff hasn't gotten you down. If it has think about this: we have already over 90 minute longer days than December 22nd, the winter solstice.
