We arranged for this cab company to pick us up at our hotel and take us to the Prudential Center. We also arranged to have them come back and pick us up to take us back to the hotel. We had to prepay for the ride back. They never dispatched anyone to pick us back up. We called 10 times only to be told that someone was coming. We ended up having to get another cab back after standing in the cold for 1 1/2 hours. I have requested the refund of my $25.00 several times and have yet to see it. Don't use this company. Oh my. I stayed here because it was cheap and a brand name. The only \t\nreasons that I didn't leave were that it was after midnight when my plane\t\nlanded, so I would have had to find accomodations after 1:00 AM, and I \t\nfigured it would be a badge of courage to survive the night. It's extremely\t\nhard to find, which is a detraction. However, the place consists of two desolate\t\ncourtyards, which empty onto what appears to be a rather rough street. \t\nMy courtyard - the back one - boasted no other tenants save two with wrecked\t\ncars. The vending machine was enmeshed with iron to prevent vandalism. The room was horrible; the heater barely worked and was incredibly loud.\t\nEnough said. Stay somewhere nicer. ...read more
