if i could give them a ZERO STAR I would.. first of all they have quite a few billboards around Roselle, Elizabeth area after seeing it a few times we decided to put our daughter in piano lessons. We called the number and someone got right back to us.. a representative came to our home we paid a cash deposit of $65.00 and were told someone would get back to us within 3-5 days.. Well that was almost 4 weeks ago.. calls to the company go unreturmed we finally did reach someone by phone named Carla, who was EXTREMLY rude and needs to out of a job...she alledges the represenative from THEIR company misinformed me of the starting time... it is actually 3-5 weeks before anyone calls back for class scheduling???? when asked if we could come to the school and discuss this matter the answer was no.. we are not allowed at the school only the children.. this has turned out to be a mistake I wish i would have checked around before ever giving them a dime of my money DO NOT EVEN BOTHER ...read more

While the trial program at the Union County After School Center of Music is a good program to assess your child's ability for learning piano and economical, the director is a complete a** hole. I've never experienced such an inconsiderate and unprofessional business owner who depends on word of mouth for new business and referrals. At the end of the program you have to come in for a final review of what the child has learned with the director. My daughters did well. After he talked to us about what was next and we showed some hesitation about continuing because while the girls enjoyed it they tend to bore easily and I wanted to make sure that we established our family commitment . At this point he basically kicked us out and became very unprofessional. Yes they've been in business for 14 years but I bet it's because they are cheap.
