By far the absolute worse towing customer service ever! How is this company even in business with the reviews below. The guy who came to tow the car was very rude. He took off with the car leaving me standing there. When I called to ask if he was leaving he got very nasty and hung up on me. I met him at the house were he dropping off the car. I was standing in the steps with someone else. He dropped the car off and pulled off. Never said one word, left the key in the ignition and the car window down. I was on the phone with the dispatcher and she was also unprofessional. The very 1st words out her mouth " I already know the situation...." how rude?! I m the customer and you should at least act like you listening and care even though it was obvious yoi didnt. Learn good customer service. Know that if there is a care being told the customer is probably distressed and it is your job to ensure the customer the car is in good hands and you need to learn empathy! She claim she would relay the!We were provided this service through our USAA insurance and I will make sure they are removed for their preferred list and report them to the BBB. I was parking for 30 min in front of the store and the company towed my car while I was shopping there. A person was already waiting for me at the parking to bring me for 10 $ to the towing company. I was not the only one, whos car was stolen!! This behaviour is lawless. ...read more
