I am sending this for my mother, who is 91 years old. She has been using your company for over 20 years. Your coustomer service is really something to be desired. I work retail, and if I ever talked to a customer like the woman answering the phone I would not have a job. My mother likes your company, but that person answering the phone, would make me think twice before I use you. And do not think this will not be told to others who would need your services. Mr. Service has a satifactory record with the work performance. But the service technician is abusive and rude. He shout and is very meaning. Its a very consistent company. He often cries out "I dont know, I just dont know" in a high decibal range. Many customers have dropped this company for this very reason. I just had a central air system installed by your representatives base in Egg Habor City New Jersey. I have been in the military for over 30 years, and one of the principles we live by is Team Work.
