This is my first review and I am only writing because this was such a bad experience. The stylist (Tatyana) cut my hair the way she wanted, she gave no consideration to what I asked for. I called ahead and asked for someone that experienced in the cut I wanted and when I got there I had 3 pics to show her. She was running late coming in and barely glanced at the pics. Then said to me the girl was 16 and I needed a more sophisticated style. She also said that the style I chose was for stupid people under 16 and stupid people over 70. She disagreed with me for longer than 15 min and I should have walked out, but I had a special occasion and needed it done. What she gave me was an average bob that I could have went to supercuts for. HER ATTITUDE AND THE RECEPTIONIST'S ATTITUDE WERE HORRIBLE. I WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.
