I have many complaints and a kudo or two. Kudos for wrapping furniture and chair tightly and cleanly, and for being polite and helpful and quick on the dau of pickup. I am disappointed and chagrined by the lack of honesty in when my possessions would be delivered. They were almost a month late after many telephone exchanges telling me that the truck was on its way. Many items were broken and many boxes had been crushed, indicating many moves with those boxes from one place to another.
