After paying $48 for diagnostics, the technician said it would take another $80 to write up anything on it. I asked that even a one liner on the invoice will do the job to take it to the shipper, but his attitude was 'talk to my hand.' According to him, the diagnostic is verbal indication of what's wrong with the machine only. Nothing can be written down.
