They are crooks and liars. We were charged an extra $35.00 to supposedly take our daughter INTO the DMV building and get the proper papers for her and help her fill them out. This was above and beyond the regular service that we paid for, which was to take our daughter to DMV and wait for her while she takes her driving test. The instructor did NOT accompany our daughter into the building after her test, he waited in the car while she was left on her own. Both my wife and I called and asked for a refund of the $35.00, and the very disrespectful person named Israel that answered the phone laughed it off and refused to refund our money.
