I was interested in a car from Ebzz. Test drove it and mentioned a hesitation issue. Ebzz said they would fix it. On the ride home the day of the purchase, the issue still persisted. I returned the car to them to be fixed within 2 business days. FOUR months later, the car was finally returned to me. TWO weeks later, the car overheated. The cost to repair, $450. A few months later, the engine needed to be replaced. Cost: $5k. I have always bought used cars over the last 20 years. ...rotten on the inside. Ebzzmotors sold my son a older Volvo V70 with low miles - looked very good. But we're 2 months into owning it and we've spent $2,000 so far on repairs - power steering pump, steering gear, wheel bearings. The bolts for the rear engine mount and the steering gear were MISSING! How did they let this car off their lot? And the "warranty?" It's a sham. Not one of the repairs was covered. Don't waste your money at Ebzzmotors - Joe and JJ talk a good game, but they have no intention of dealing with you in an honest and forthright manner. ...read more
