Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Apparently this company patrolls parking lots with there lights out so they can snatch a car and make a quick $150. We were visiting at new britain and they have 0 visiter parking. We parked in an almost empty overflow lot to come out 45 min later to see our truck gone.
