"Yogaaccessories.com has horrible customer service and bad business practices. After two weeks I realized I hadn't received my sandals so I went online to check my account and it shows a bogus USPS tracking number and says that it was shipped. It's been a month and I have called them 4 times to ask them the update of my sandals and each time they said they have to call the warehouse since it comes from a third party or they are checking on it and will call me back to let me know. I've yet to hear from anybody and now I've disputed it on paypal and have called them directly to ask for a refund so hopefully that will come through. I would never recommend buying from this company as they can't fulfill their orders and apparently they don't mind keeping your money when nothing was sold in return.I hope karma bites them back and they go out of business real soon because I feel like I've been taken and they don't care!" ...read more

I got what I ordered quickly, I ordered the wrong item and they accepted the return for exchange, even though the correct item cost a little more. I thought they were great, and next time I will be more careful to order the right item. ...read more
