I was quite skeptical about hiring a moving company because most people have such bad things to say about them. But this company was really different. They transported my valuables. I called them one week prior to my move and they were already heavily booked for the weekend. But they somehow squeezed me in because I didn’t own a lot of stuffs. They give you the excuse that they have to bring their standard size van which would cost the same whether you have a lot of valuables or not! However, with Moving of America, you have the option of customizing the quote that would suit your need. Moving of America did everything possible to impress me. Yes I am impressed. They have achieved 99% accuracy. They were assigned for a commercial move. They did a good job. It was almost error free till the end. But in the end, they damaged a piece of furniture while unloading. Apart from a box of broken glass I received all other belongings in pristine condition. Moving of America was my moving partner. David, the sales guy assigned a very efficient crew but before that he sent a guy to my house for the onsite estimate which was very precise and detailed. I have been offered a good deal and I grabbed the deal. Armando and his team showed up time and started packing my valuables. They carefully wrapped and boxed everything, padded the furniture nicely but were little messy during the loading which caused a box to suffer. These guys are moving heroes. These guys are real life superman. Emma at the office was very helpful deciding which package to go for, scheduling the move and getting the paper work done. She is really sweet and always willing to assist. The 4 men crew led by James proved every penny worth. They showed up on time, packed my belongings effortlessly, took great care of the floors and walls, never complained because they had to use the stairways and loaded everything so nicely that nothing suffered the bumps on the road. But due to their huge reputation I hired them, now I can easily say that I made the right choice. Emma on the phone was extremely responsive, informative and helpful. She did her best to accommodate out move within their busy schedule and helped me a lot to choose the ideal package for my move.
