The website is gorgeous but the items listed may not be available. I placed an order on 2/5/09 and did not get any notice that the item was not only backordered but that they had not intention of restocking. Interestingly, the item is still listed as available so who know how many people will order. I did not get any notification that this order was canceled, and I had to contact them several time before getting a response that there was a "confusion." No confusion. Item was listed incorrectly and you did not let me know that my order was canceled. I could have purchased elsewhere several weeks ago instead of waiting for a phantom order. Awful service.
