My husband and I have used Copperhead twice since living in our townhouse. The first time was b/c our furnace went out. It was the day of big snow storm and we were worried we wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out. Tom came within a couple of hours to make sure we had heat for our newborn. He walked us through the process and explained what we NEEDED to get fix and what we could wait on or do ourselves! The second time he came b/c our toilet was leaking. We have guests coming in from out of town and needed the work to be done quickly. He came within 24hrs to make sure we would be all set before our guests came into town. Ms. Simao, We did the work your husband originally asked us to do. He kept finding more things for us to do, yet didn't want to pay for what we had already completed. We did the work in December 2009, and sent you several invoices over the next year, and never heard anything from you, or received a cent from you. We turned you into our collection agency and all of a sudden you are trying to slander and defame us. The BBB investigated your complaint and found it not valid. Please stop trying to hurt us and pay us what you owe. You can call the office any time at 908-874-3482 to settle your bill. As your husband is a lawyer, you should know not to spread untruths. If there was really a problem with what we did, why did you never call and tell us? We offer a full one year warranty on anything we do, and have a competent staff that can handle anything.
