Trust

Trust is key...in all relationships. People feel comfortable with friends they trust. People do business with people they trust. No where in business is this more important than in the car care industry. Unfortunately, and with some good cause I might add, people in our industry fight the reputation of being untrustworthy. Here at my Aamco center we work very hard at the "trust factor."  But what does that actually mean?? Let me share some insights and experiences with you. Trust is believing that you are paying a fair price for a good job. Trust is knowing that we will stand behind our work. Trust is knowing that we do what we say we will do. I have been fortunate to win Aamco's highest customer relations award each of the last 4 years based on trust...and building a rapport with my customers.  They know that if they call me with a concern I will do my best to accomodate it. Does that mean we are perfect here at Aamco in Bridgewater?  Absolutely not. I deal with over 1,000 customers annually who come in and out of my store. I would love nothing more that to have all 1,000 enjoy their experince here and come back to see us whenever they neeed any car care performed. Unfortunately, there are 3 to 4 customers a year who become unhappy with some aspect of our service.  Perhaps it is a repeating problem...perhaps it is a job that has taken longer than has been anticipated...perhaps they lost the TRUST they had in me.  It is funny...I spend more sleepless nights worrying about the few customers who are unhappy with us rathar than the thousands who had a good experience here.  We will work hard here at Aamco in Bridgewater to make your experience a pleasant one. You can trust me to do everything reasonably possible to make your experience a pleasant one...and rest assured if there is an issue that needs to be addressed  I will devote myself to a quick and fair solution.   That is what we call TRUST.
