I too ordered flowers for a funeral. I ordered a custom piece. I was assured over the phone by Mr. Alan that he can do anything. I ordered a Hershey kiss, he spray painted mums silver, missed many spots and made it look like a Christmas tree. A completely flat triangle with not one quality flower I was charged $350 for. Not the price we agreed upon over the phone. It looked like something a grammar school student would do. When I called to complain he told me "you people don't understand how much work I have" it is his business don't complain to me. He put a piece of garbage in front of my mothers casket. This was my tribute to my mother and he ruined it. I ordered other arrangements from him for the funeral and they too were too tiny for the amount I paid. The worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered over $700 dollars of merchandise for my grandmothers funeral. My entire family ordered arrangements from him totaling over 3 thousand dollars as we are a big group. EXTREMELY amateur looking arrangements. The ribbons that said beloved mother/grandmother were put on the wrong arrangements and were cheap looking. I called and complained, Mr. Alan promised he would replace them and never did.
