Fun play does not honor their contracts!!! There were many issues with getting the installation completed and wrong parts being brought with installer. Also, they wrote up a contract of what we were getting and a free accessory was added due to the amount and size of swing set we purchased. However, they stalled the accessory many times stating there was nobody to install it, then were continually unavailable by phone and finally when Barry was reachable by phone I was informed that he had NO intention of delivering the accessory since it was free!!! I have a contract with all items listed for delivery and installation with free accessory on list and signed agreement for amount due for all which was paid. We would not have bought this set otherwise. Very unprofessional way to do business and rude. Be careful what you buy or go elsewhere. Currently I have found other customers with the same problem. If I could I would give Debbie's no stars. As a florist she is unorganized, dishonest, and overpriced. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR WEDDING FLOWERS or ANY FLOWERS FOR THAT MATTER. BEWARE: She will have a you pay a deposit up front and then give you a quote in writing after she gets her deposit money. She refuses to give quotes out prior to the deposit payments because she fears you will take her quote to another florist and have them copy or even beat her prices. After she gets the deposit she no longer cares because she has her contract to charge you and subsitute your flowers for whatever she feels like. When it gets closer to your wedding, Debra (Owner of Debbie's florist) will change her mind what was originally included in your written quoted price and she will substitute your flowers for what she feels appropriate at that time.
