This place is horrendous , you can all numerous times everyday but don't expect a call back . I had these idiots tow my car from an accident on Rt 78, they refused to tow me home and gave me some BS about DEP, which is 100% a lie, I checked. They refused to let me to my car and jerked me around for over 1 week, There is a guy Mike and a guy Frank, both are professional scumbags, had a line for everything I said. Went to State Police to complain. Trooper at desk said they are wll awatre of what goes on down there and are taking care of it. When I went in the back to sit down with the SGT. he started to convo by saying, "Mike again from Somerset Hills, boy is he a rip off". thta was from the SGT's mouth himself. SCAMMERS from the word go. Inflated tow charges, said storage was $25/day charged $35 Denied agent access,prolonged storage from 4 to 15 days.
