I ordered a dress from them on 9/14/14 from their facebook page royal couture fashion on 9/14/14 and as of 11/23/14 have not received it. After contacting them they were rude and called me names. I went to Basic Cuts and got a flat top and was quite upset that it did not come out the same way as Gloria used to do it. I asked the employees what happened to Gloria and Barbara and they told me Gloria had moved and Barbara was injured in an accident.
