I have had several experiences with contractors. After hiring Balanced Climate Fran & Dan finally were able to find the problem with my A/C system. What a great staff from their office manager to their service tech. There expertise and professionalism was incredible. Any questions or concerns were answered completely and I finally knew what was wrong after 5 other contractors tried to sell me unnecessary parts to fix my A/C.
