Their name suggests "premium produce", but we go to RESTAURANT DEPOT regularly and frequently see one of their trucks their, apparently stocking up with Restaurant Depot Produce. I'm not so sure I would call "Restaurant Depot" refrigerated bulk produce as "premium produce". The only way I know to buy "premium" is to get it in Chelsea where all the produce comes in.
