My husband and I love the food at China Palace, we eat in and out and I have placed large orders for my company. The home delivery is fast and courteous. Unfortunately the service (except for the delivery) is terrible. We very rarely receive what we order and we have to argue with the server to get it fixed. They often blame us for saying it incorrectly. We stopped ordering over the phone for ourselves and for our company when Mike began taking the phone orders. He has hung up on me several times when I call to correct an order or to dispute charges. In addition, he does not know the menu and will create dishes with substitutions which result in us being grossly over changed. \t\n\t\nUnfortunately I have become so frustrated with the poor service, I will not be returning to China Palace until they train their staff appropriately. ...read more

We went in today, and ordered 3 slices of cheese, small white pizza and some chicken wings. This was around 11:40 @ 12:18 ( as we have only an hour lunch ) I check on the slices and white pizza , we had gotten the wings ( only a 30 min wait for those ) and was told " he forgot to make your pizza, do you want a sub or slice of cheese? I responded no, I wanted my pizza just cancel my order, and while were talking about slices of cheese do you have those yet. She finally brings those over and then tells. " Ya nothing I can do it about it," No I am really sorry, let us make this up to you.. nothing as rude as rude can be. Then to add insult she gives me a 25% off my next order coupon, like I would EVER go back there again.. I hope they realize that there Horrible service has resulted in a ban from anybody here at work going back there and I will already recommend everywhere to steer clear.
