We purchased a leather living room sofa set in 6/13/08 along with a bedroom set. Spent over $4K of our retirement and every time I look at my formerly beautiful leather couch I get sick at the condition of the cushions. They did not stand up at all and are all out of shape only after 2 1/2 yrs. I watch your commercial every day and get totally disgusted that my furniture did not live up to my expectations of the quality that was presented to me. I am writing to let you know how completely satisfied I am with your company. When my fiancé and I got engaged last year we started saving for a house. The first thing we did was shop for a bedroom set. We went to many different furniture stores and found them all to be very high in price. (Especially when trying to save for a wedding too) Our friends had recently bought a home of their own and told us that they were very happy with the living room set they had purchased from Bernie and Phyls. We went to the Westboro store and were amazed by the size of the store, and the quality of the furniture! I cannot get over the great prices and wonderful people that you have working for you.
