We purchased a leather living room sofa set in 6/13/08 along with a bedroom set. Spent over $4K of our retirement and every time I look at my formerly beautiful leather couch I get sick at the condition of the cushions. They did not stand up at all and are all out of shape only after 2 1/2 yrs. I watch your commercial every day and get totally disgusted that my furniture did not live up to my expectations of the quality that was presented to me. I am writing to let you know how completely satisfied I am with your company. When my fiancé and I got engaged last year we started saving for a house. The first thing we did was shop for a bedroom set. We went to many different furniture stores and found them all to be very high in price. (Especially when trying to save for a wedding too) Our friends had recently bought a home of their own and told us that they were very happy with the living room set they had purchased from Bernie and Phyls.
