Two stars is for the hard working employees. For the most part most of the employees went above and beyond. But dragging pregnant mothers out their rooms at last minute to relocate them to lower standard rooms and lower standard service is just poor management. To have them beg for a wheel chair not recommend anyone go here and If you look at the website and think you are going to be getting the nice rooms on the website then think twice. ...read more
