Purchased a computer from your Nashua store10/23/10; was promised for pick up on tues. 10/26. Went to pick it up on 10/27 and was told it would be ready in the afternoon. Called them about 5PM and was told the computer hadn't even arrived at the store. They said it would be there the next day and to pick it up on Friday. They called Friday about 5PM and stated the computer had just come in and it would be ready befor closing at 9PM. Picked it up Sat. morning 10/30, took it out of the box and discovered that the memory storage cover was not attached properly, so the computer would not sit flat on the table. The computer is now going back to the Saugus store to have the cover fixed. We have made two trips to Nahua, waited one week and have yet to plug in this computer. We have purchased a three year service contract and if this is an indication of your service we should just rip up the contract. Customer order #9209047179. ...read more
