Meredith, New Hampshire is located southeast of Plymouth and northeast of Concord and east off of I-93 and east on route 104. Meredith is also located on Lake Winnipesaukee. The nearest airport is west to the Lebanon Municipal Airport and is 69.45 miles and takes 1 hour 34 minutes or east to the Portland International Jetport and is 77.78 miles and takes 1 hour and 57 minutes. The hotels are on or near the waterfront of the lake. The Inn and Spa At Mill Farms in Meredith has one village, four charming inns, seven restaurants, 15 unique shops, a full service spa, and a lifetime of memories. The Inn is a beautiful Inn that has balconys and decks that overlook the lake. The Weirs Beach Motel and Cottages offer standard or deluxe cottages, a motel, and various houses. You can walk along the boardwalk and pier, dine on the Mount Washington Cruise Ship, or take a scenic train tour and enjoy the Dinner Train. You can also enjoy the warmth of New Hampshire from the other hotels that include the Fireside Inn and Suites. The Lake Waukewan and the Meredith Bay are on both sides of Meredith and would be a nice place to enjoy a restaurant. Phu Jee Chinese Cuisine, Taylor's Country Style Subs, Zackys Pizzeria, and the Lakehouse are a few of the restaurants by the water. This is a fun place to shop and eat. Meredith is among New Hampshire's largest Lakes. There are boat docks and marinas, and there is RV parking, camp sites, and cottages around the lakes. The community was named after Sir William Meredith a member of the British Parliament.
