I will never recommend them to friends or family. We moved cross country and it was a disaster. They were 2 hours late arriving to pick up our stuff. They shattered our glass TV stand in our living room. This was not repaired/replaced because the insurance we bought had a $1000 deductible. I thought that the insurance was for damage in transit, not in my house. This was a minor point. They were 13 days late delivering. We chose them because the salesman promised a short delivery. We ended up sleeping on an air mattress and buying a cheap pots and pan set and card table so that we could get by. The "moving coordinator" was not much of a coordinator. After she got done telling me that I should feel bad for her because she is the one that needs to tell people that their furniture is late, she pushed off the responsibilty to the United national headquarters and made me call them to track down my belongings.
